How the team is structured

Every Militta case is run by a senior case manager who owns the relationship from the first consultation through the day you bring your baby home. They are the person you call at 2 a.m. when the clinic schedules an unexpected scan, and they are the person who reads every contract before you sign. Around them sits a fixed support team: a medical coordinator who liaises directly with the IVF clinic in your destination, a local attorney who drafts and notarises the surrogacy agreement, a surrogate curator who matches and supports the gestational carrier, and a logistics lead who handles travel, the apostille and the embassy procedure.

We deliberately keep this structure small. Eleven years of running international surrogacy programs has taught us that continuity matters more than scale: the same people stay on your file from start to finish, and any new team member is onboarded slowly through shadow casework before they are given direct responsibility. Every member of the team speaks at least two of the four languages we work in (English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian) and is on call across your timezone — there are no overnight handoffs to a different person on the other side of the world.
