1. Acceptance
By accessing militta-sur.com (the “Website”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Nature of information
Content on this Website is informational only and does not constitute legal, medical or financial advice. Surrogacy and IVF are regulated under the specific laws of each jurisdiction, which change over time. You should always obtain independent local legal counsel and qualified medical advice before acting on any content found here.
3. Service engagement
A consultation request does not create an agency–client relationship. Militta agency services are provided only under a separate signed engagement agreement that sets out scope, fees, escrow terms, responsibilities and governing law.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, photographs and compositions) is owned by or licensed to Militta and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including republication, redistribution or creation of derivative works — requires prior written permission.
5. Trademarks
“Militta” and the Militta logo are trademarks of Militta IVF Agency.
6. No guarantees
Surrogacy and IVF outcomes depend on many individual biological, medical, legal and administrative factors. Nothing on this Website is a guarantee of a live birth, a particular cost, a particular timeline, a particular legal outcome or a particular treatment result. Ranges quoted are indicative and subject to the specific terms of a signed program agreement.
7. Third-party links
The Website may contain links to third-party sites (partner clinics, legal references, media outlets, messenger platforms). Militta is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Militta, its directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Website. Our total liability for any direct damages arising from the Website shall not exceed €100.
This limitation does not apply to (a) our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, (b) fraud, or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, subject to your mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes take effect 30 days after being posted.
